Refer A Student

A graduate student applicant to the School of Engineering & Applied Science may receive an application fee waiver to any of the SEAS MS and Ph.D programs with the referral of an alumnus of the School of Engineering & Applied Science. The following form may be submitted online, or printed and scanned, mailed or faxed to the graduate admissions office. The form will be matched to a prospective student's application after he/she applies. The student, when submitting his/her application, needs to indicate pay by check and should not pay with a credit card at the time of submission. Please use this form to submit an application.
